COVID 19: ECOMONDO TRADE SHOW IN ABSOLUTE SAFETY. HERE IS THE ITALIAN EXHIBITION GROUP’S #SAFEBUSINESS PROJECT :

The B2B session
To ensure the effective establishment of positive economic relations between Arab and Italian counterparts, a special business meeting session will take place during the exhibition. The meetings will be arranged by means of a special web platform allowing companies to select their counterparts directly on the basis of their specific needs. The use of the B2B e-platform is mandatory.
The following benefits will be offered to the selected entrepreneurs*:
•3 nights bed & breakfast for one person in a four stars hotel (an eventual second person will pay the difference);
•Transfer from and to the airport of arrival and departure (Bologna Airport, BLQ),
•Transfer from/to Hotel and Fair
•Interpreters for the B2B meetings if required (just in case the entrepreneur does not speak English fluently),
•The catalogue of the fair and entry tickets
•Buffet lunch at the exhibition center
*companies that will not attend at least 10 B2B meetings (an attendance sheet to be signed by every Italian company met will be distributed in occasion of the B2B) will not benefit of the payment of the hotel. Likewise, selected companies engage themselves to arrange business meetings with exhibitors from 30th September to 27th October 2020 through the web platform. Two days attendance are compulsory. The new visitor incentives package:
Year by year, we positively registered a constant and growing interest on Ecomondo and its special international B2B program. Due to the increasing number of requests and the limited number of places available, we decided to define a new special package for all those company that would like not to miss the most innovative fair on environmental technologies and renewable energies in Europe.
Finally, a new benefit package is now available also for free visitors, for those who benefited from the special hospitality package in 2019 and for all those applicants that have not been selected for the official b2b program. To take advantage of this package, it is mandatory that the free visitors are organized in a group of at least 10 people and the members have to travel in the same dates of departure and arrival.
The new visitor incentives package includes:
1. Contribution up to a maximum of € 100,00 for accommodation only if booked through AdriaCongrex. Contribution will be awarded for 1 person per company and will be given directly to AdriaCongrex. In case of exceeding amount, AdriaCongrex will charge the member of the association. In case of inferior amount, IEG will reimburse the exact amount spent on accommodation;
2. Transfer from Bologna Airport to Hotel (IMPORTANT: Only one transfer will be organized for the entire delegation so delegates must arrive and leave at similar time on the same date);
3. Transfer from Hotel to Exhibition Centre (IMPORTANT: Transfer won’t be for the single group but will be a collective transfer with several pick up points that we will indicate);
4. A Welcome Speech will be organized for the entire delegation on the day of your visit to the exhibition at time agreed upon by both parties;
5. We will grant you our support for the organization of technical visits (though no monetary contribution will be made in this sense);
6. Free entry ticket to the event valid every day by registering with dedicated code (following the current measures for the containment of the Covid-19 everyone must download the entrance ticket to an electronic device, before arriving at the fair. The entrance tickets must in fact be dematerialized).
Conditions:
•Delegation will be made up of at least 10 components;
•Delegates will arrive and departure at similar times on the same date;
•Delegates will visit the Ecomondo and Key Energy show for at least one full day.
IMPORTANT: In case of no-show, Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. will charge the cost of accommodation on the Credit Card provided as guarantee when booking the hotel.
